We created a shimmering suspended mechanical structure that responds to proximity and movement. Pleated paper pixels are activated in unison with the sound, expanding with more intensity and volume as the viewer moves closer to them.

Participants are encouraged to work together as triggers add harmonious musical layers whilst the animations start to create new possibilities in response to the behaviour below using Microsoft’s AI learning algorithms.

Ensemble demonstrates how collectivity interactions can create a positive and unique outcome.
